Undique Quintet

Undique Quintet is my current chamber music group. We are a wind quintet based in Maastricht with a special "line up". The components are flute, oboe, clarinet, horn and saxophone. We included the saxophone instead of the bassoon, as is usual in this kind of group, because it gives us a wide range of colors, timbres and a whole new sound.

We are developing our first projects around the Netherlands and we are willing to expand our frontiers in Europe.

Previous experience

I have been participating in different chamber music groups throughout my career. Since the last years studying at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música de Zamora at 15 years old until now, I have been enjoying this type of music, and I can tell it is one of the main reasons why I fell in love with classical music. 

I have played in trios formed by flute, clarinet and piano and flute, cello and piano. Duos: two flutes; flute and clarinet; flute and piano; flute and guitar; and flute and percussion. I have already been part of two quintets besides the one I am part of right now. Lastly, I have been in different ensembles such as the flute orchestra, wind ensembles, cameratas and baroque orchestras.

With these groups, I have performed really different types of music, mostly classical, baroque and contemporary, but also blues and folk music.
